Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, an item indicated as in-stock may in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you directly by email immediately to notify you that your order has been placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait the standard two to three week lead time.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All online purchases are considered final at the time of purchase. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement for full refund. In the event of a cancellation request after the product has shipped a restocking fee of 25% may apply and freight charges will be the responsibility of the returner.
No material will be deemed returnable within 60 days of purchase.

SAB North America is the North American sales, distribution and service center of SAB Bröckskes, a Germany-based manufacturer of cables and wires, cable harnesses and temperature measurement tools. Each day, we ship high quality cables to more than 40 countries around the world.
In addition to our standard products, we develop and manufacture about 1,500 customized products each year according to customer specifications. Our company also meets a number of standards and approvals, including:
